Designed for gentle and controlled mixing, the TM mixers ensure smooth batter transfer while maintaining accurate and repeatable mixing ratios. The semi-continuous batch system keeps the batter at a consistent level in the applicator, which is essential for achieving perfect tempura coating.

I. Equipment Introduction

The DJ100-V beater thoroughly mixes pulp powder and water using a special agitator, suitable for high-viscosity pulps like tempura batter. It can be used in conjunction with other equipment to create an automatic feeding system.

II. Equipment Features

The adjustable-speed rotating and orbiting mixing cage ensures quick and efficient mixing without damaging the batter.
The 150-liter water tank features adjustable floats that pre-measure water for one or two bag mixes. An automatic feed dry mix hopper supports one or two bag mixes (50 lbs. or 100 lbs.).
A positive displacement transfer pump delivers the batter to the applicator smoothly, without any shear action. Additionally, a remote sensor in the tempura applicator consistently maintains the proper batter level for optimal coating.
The mixing tank in this fruit battering equipment features a separation layer designed to maintain the batter temperature between 10-20°C using ice or a cold medium.
The batter mixing equipment is equipped with a batter output pump, ensuring seamless connectivity to the battering equipment, forming an efficient batter feeder system.
