Industrial Grill Marker, also called Contact Cooker is a cooking appliance that uses two cooking belts to continuously cook products through direct contact, which is the most effective way to transfer heat between surfaces. With an intensive 260°C conduction heat transfer from both the top and bottom of the product simultaneously.

The Industrial Grill Marker is perfect for browning, searing, and Sous Vide cooking of flat, de-boned, whole muscle, minced meat products, or bacon with a good contact surface. The technology also restricts excessive height expansion of products during cooking. The product belt used in the system is solid and non-stick, making it suitable for handling heavily marinated, wet, and sticky products.
