Machine Working Princple.

The entire machine is constructed from 304 stainless steel and supports both single and double patty forming. When the forming mold’s feeding port rotates to the top, the meat in the hopper is pressed into the mold cavity by the meat blade for shaping.

As the mold’s feed port rotates to the bottom, the formed patty is pushed out by the ejector die and placed onto the conveyor belt for output, completing a continuous processing cycle.
