Automatic Working Belt Type Grill marker machine

Grill marker machine is engineered for fast and consistent double-sided grill marking of products in just one pass. As the products move through the machine, they are placed between an upper and lower grill marker, both coated with non-stick PTFE. These grill markers are heated either by electric power or thermal oil, ensuring uniform grill marks on both sides of the product.

The grill maker  is perfect for browning, searing, and Sous Vide cooking of flat, de-boned, whole muscle, minced meat products, or bacon with a good contact surface. The technology also restricts excessive height expansion of products during cooking. The product belt used in the system is solid and non-stick, making it suitable for handling heavily marinated, wet, and sticky products.

Grill Markers feature a modular design and come in belt widths of 400 mm, 600 mm, and 1,000 mm. They are available in various lengths, allowing for customization based on your specific production needs.
