The Automatic Ginger Juicer Machine efficiently extracts juice from fresh ginger through a continuous operation, requiring only the feeding of ginger into the inlet. The machine separates ginger juice and waste, discharging them through different outlets, achieving a high juice yield of up to 80%.

In addition to ginger, this versatile juicer is suitable for other fruits and vegetables like tomatoes, pineapples, apples, and oranges. The machine automates the processes of milling, juice extraction, and waste removal (de-slagging). Made from 304 stainless steel, all food-contacting components ensure the juice remains clean, safe, and healthy.

1.Purpose and Scope of Application:
Used for pressing pineapples, apples, pears, and other fruits.

2.Equipment Structure and Working Principle:

The juicer operates with four sets of rotating knives and one set of stationary knives. The rotating knives cut the fruit into 2-5mm pieces by spinning along the axis, which are then transferred directly into the spiral juicing section for juice extraction. The crushing mechanism enhances the juice yield by breaking down the material.

The main component of the juicer is the helix, which increases in diameter while the screw pitch decreases near the dreg outlet. As the material moves through the helix, pressure builds up, crushing the material further. The helix rotates clockwise, following the direction of the arrow.

Material is fed into the inlet hopper and pressed by the helix, allowing juice to flow into a collection tank while the dregs are expelled through an outlet on the right. The level of compression (gar) affects the dregs’ expulsion rate—too little pressure results in reduced dregs removal, while too much pressure may cause dregs to pass through the filter with the juice. The degree of pressure (gar) can be adjusted based on the client’s specific requirements and process needs.

Structure:

Composed of components such as the front support, feeding hopper, crushing mechanism, screw, filtering screen, juice collector, rear support, and residue outlet. The left end of the screw spindle is supported in the rolling bearing seat, and the right end is supported in the handwheel bearing seat. The electric motor drives the screw to work through a pair of V-belt pulleys.

Working Principle:

The main component of this equipment is a screw that gradually increases in diameter and decreases in pitch towards the outlet direction of the residue. When the material is pushed by the screw, it undergoes compression due to the reduction in the volume of the screw chamber.
