Working Principle of the Industrial Juicer:
1.Crushing Device: The crushing unit is located above the feed hopper of the screw juicer. Inside the crushing device, there are four groups of rotating fly knives and one group of fixed dead knives. The motor drives the fly knives to rotate between the dead knives, effectively crushing the materials into small pieces (2-5 mm) before they enter the spiral juicing system.
2.Spiral Juicing System: The core of the system is the screw. The screw shaft rotates clockwise towards the residue outlet. As the diameter of the screw increases and the thread pitch decreases, the material is gradually compressed. This reduction in screw chamber volume presses the materials, extracting the juice. The juice passes through a filter screen into the juice holding device, while the residues are expelled through a gap between the screw and the pressure adjusting head.
3.Juice Yield Adjustment: The juice yield can be modified by adjusting the handwheel on the bearing support. Turning the handwheel clockwise (towards the feed hopper) moves the pressure adjusting head left, reducing the gap and increasing the pressure. This leads to a higher juice yield. Turning the handwheel counterclockwise widens the gap, reducing the juice yield. Adjusting the gap alters the resistance for residue discharge, which in turn affects how much juice is extracted.
This efficient system allows for high juice yield, automatic separation of juice and residue, and flexible adjustment based on the type of raw materials processed.
